Each session is adapted to your individual needs, with insurance receipts provided for osteopathic treatments. We encourage you contact your insurance company in advance, to make sure if they accept receipt from Canadian union of osteopaths (CPMDQ), Canadian union of Kinesitherapists (CPMDQ), Canadian union of Orthotherapists (CPMDQ).

Please note that there have been a few isolated cases in Ontario where insurance companies—most notably Sun Life—did not accept our receipts. We have already reached out to both our professional association and the insurer for clarification. While this is being resolved, we have chosen to temporarily pause our osteopathy services to ensure our clients don’t experience any inconvenience or unexpected financial stress. We truly appreciate your understanding and will provide an update as soon as the matter is clarified.

Osteopathy Massage.

A focused therapeutic session carried out entirely in the massage room. It begins with an assessment, followed by warming the tissues with hot stones and hot towels to prepare the body for treatment. The practitioner then applies deep osteopathic techniques tailored to your individual needs, helping to release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance.

This option is especially recommended for guests who do not tolerate sauna heat but still want a profound, healthy, and restorative experience.

Thermal Experience

Services included:

• Assessment
• Two steam-room treatments (about 1 hour including cooling breaks):
  • Dry preheating
  • Warm peeling and lymph drainage
  • Steam-room massage
  • Hot compresses
  • Steam wrapping
  • Hot reflexology
• After-sauna massage – 30 minutes

This package begins in the steam room with two powerful thermal sessions—one for the front of the body and one for the back—separated by short cooling breaks. The deep, enveloping sauna heat penetrates through all tissue layers, relaxing muscles, fascia, and joints, and preparing the body for hands-on therapy. The ritual concludes with a 30-minute therapeutic massage for lasting relief and recovery.

As an alternative for guests who do not enjoy sauna sessions, the introduction and preparation can also be done in the traditional massage room, where warming up is performed with hot compresses and hot stones.

This treatment is particularly effective against myofascial tension and “spikes,” muscle-related pain, low back discomfort, neck pain and stiffness, insomnia, and fatigue.

Thermal experience for Two.

Our most popular osteopathic package for pairs, this experience includes the same sequence of steam-room therapies and osteopathic massage as the individual session, but designed to be enjoyed together. Perfect for couples, close friends, or mother–daughter visits, it offers all the same health benefits—deep tissue relaxation, tension release, and improved circulation—while adding the joy of conversation, shared time, and meaningful connection in a private spa setting.

To add even more intensity and heat, you can add-on our signature Hot Leaves Treatment with this package. While this service is not covered by insurance, it is worth every cent—just read our guest reviews to see why.

While the treatments are carried out in the same room (steam room first, followed by the massage room), the practitioner works with each guest individually. After an assessment, the approach is adapted to each person’s needs. Insurance receipts are issued separately for each participant.

Corporate Wellness Retreat

The perfect way to combine health, relaxation, and team building. This package is designed for groups of up to 12 guests, with pricing in the table above shown for 8 participants. Your team enjoys exclusive use of the entire spa for 6 hours, beginning with a guided sauna ritual for the whole group. Afterward, each team member who wishes receives an individual osteopathic treatment from a professional osteopath.

The value of insurance receipts depends on the group size and the actual time spent with each guest. For example, with a group of 8 we can provide 45 minutes per person, so each treatment is valued at $135, and a separate receipt is issued for that amount for every participant.

In this way, the retreat becomes a unique opportunity: the osteopathy treatments are recognized for insurance purposes, while the spa rental and sauna ceremony are naturally included for a group of that size. This allows your team to enjoy genuine health benefits along with the added pleasure of a private celebration.
