Cancellation Policy – Personal Services
We understand that plans can change and always strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, to maintain fair access for all guests and ensure smooth operations, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This fee helps us cover the reserved time and staff preparation costs.

Cancellation Policy – Lodging Reservations
A valid credit card or deposit is required to secure all lodging reservations. Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or no-shows are fully non-refundable. Early departures or unused nights are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellation Policy – Group Lodging and Services
All group reservations require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit confirms and secures your dates and cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation, date change, or reduction in group size.
The remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival and becomes fully non-refundable once paid.
Cancellations made more than 15 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival, no-shows, or early departures are fully non-refundable.
Promotional campaigns and specials
- All promotions are valid only with online orders.
- To claim 50% off the second pedicure: please book two pedicures online and send us a message that you would like the second one with a junior technician at half price.
- Specials cannot be combined within the same business. For example, you cannot apply both “50% off pedicure” and “15% off late-reply messages” together.
- Offers from different businesses may be enjoyed on the same visit. For example, you can receive half price on the second pedicure in the beauty salon and also half price on your first cocktail in the Fidele Café & Bar.

- For security reasons, entrances and lobby areas are monitored by CCTV cameras.
- There are no cameras in relaxation areas, spa facilities, or personal treatment zones.
- CCTV footage is not shared with any third parties or employees, except when required by law.

- Any information you provide when booking or making payments (such as name, contact details, or card data) may be stored securely by our payment processing partner (Square Up). Their privacy policy applies to that information.
- We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information with third parties.

- Your information may be used only for essential purposes such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and communication regarding your visit.
- We may use anonymized, non-identifiable information for improving services and operations.

- You can request to know what personal information is held by our booking or payment platforms.
- You can request corrections or deletion of your information where applicable.
