Restaurant Rental – Up to 50 Guests

Celebrate in comfort and style at our newly renovated restaurant space. Perfect for birthdays, receptions, corporate gatherings, and private parties.

  • Outdoor patio & outdoor fireplace with Adriatic chairs
  • Licensed bar – all indoor and outdoor areas are fully licensed for alcohol
  • Disabled access
  • Free parking
  • Bathrooms
  • Bar and kitchen(not for rent)

Rates:

• $200 per hour, 3-hour minimum

Special Weekday Offer for October of 2025:

Book 3 hours Monday–Thursday and enjoy half-price on every additional hour.

Rental options.

Option 1 – Private Event

• $200 per hour (minimum 3 hours = $600)

• Includes venue rental only – exclusive use of the café room (up to 30 guests), patio (up to 20 guests), and fireplace yard

• Bar services are separate – no outside alcohol permitted; minimum $200 order required for alcohol service

• Food may be brought in or ordered from our menu

• 15% discount on all menu orders for private events (optional) – food service available for up to 30 guests

• $100 deposit required to confirm venue booking, plus $100 deposit to confirm bar service

• Advance food order required to ensure the best quality and preparation

Option 2 – Group Table Reservation (10–30 guests)

• $25 per person non-refundable deposit

• Food must be pre-ordered

Service Options.

  • Plates & glasses – $5 per set
  • Bar service – at bar prices (minimum order $200)
  • Full catering – by menu prices
  • Event decoration – $75 (12 balloons, 2 posters)
     – Tailored posters (names, numbers, themes) – cost of posters applies
  • Cutlery, coffee cups, extra tableware beyond plates & glasses – $3 per piece
  • Coffee & tea station, non-alcoholic beverage service – $250 flat fee
  • AV equipment (microphone, speakers, projector, screen, Wi-Fi) – $1,500 per event
  • DJ or music system hookup – $800 per event
  • Linen rental (tablecloths, napkins, chair covers) – $25 per tablecloth, $2 per napkin, $4 per chair cover
  • Table centrepieces, flowers, advanced décor – $200 per piece
  • Coat check (seasonal) – $5 per coat or $150 flat fee
  • Parking arrangements (reserved spots or valet) – $400 per event
