Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we always strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, to continue providing the best possible service to all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This helps us cover the costs of reserved time and allows us to better serve others who may be waiting for an appointment.

Promotional campaigns and specials
- All promotions are valid only with online orders.
- To claim 50% off the second pedicure: please book two pedicures online and send us a message that you would like the second one with a junior technician at half price.
- Specials cannot be combined within the same business. For example, you cannot apply both “50% off pedicure” and “15% off late-reply messages” together.
- Offers from different businesses may be enjoyed on the same visit. For example, you can receive half price on the second pedicure in the beauty salon and also half price on your first cocktail in the Fidele Café & Bar.
