We are located on the South of Ottawa in the Manotick area. We are located in the south end of Ottawa, in the charming Manotick area—just a 10-minute drive from Barrhaven, 25 minutes from downtown Ottawa, and approximately 60 minutes from the U.S. border at Ogdensburg.
Our wellness center is conveniently located near Highway 416, on the grounds of the historic Strathmere Estate—a beloved tourist destination for over 150 years.
You’ll find our entrance marked by a large “Strathmere” road sign on Prince of Wales Drive. From there, turn onto Phelan Road and take the first right turn (clearly marked). Our private parking area will be on your right, and the wellness center is just across from it, on your left.
