You have lovely attendants that walk you through... read more the treatments step by step. we had little breaks between treatments and enjoyed relaxing by a fire and enjoying the scenery and the sounds of nature. We finished off our private visit with a relaxing aromatherapy massage which I highly recommend. The whole visit was 3 hours from start to finish and it was a perfect amount of time.
