Alex, the host and Sauna Master, greeted us and was warm (pun intended!), friendly and welcoming. We had no idea what to expect as we are suana fledglings and have not had a hot leaves massage. Alex explained everything in detail to ensure our comfort and relaxation so we could just enjoy the whole experience~ 3.5 hours of sauna bliss. The space itself is clean, cozy and modern. The minute you walk through the gate, you are transported to another time and place. You forget that you are in Carp and could just as easily be in a Euopean sauna. Surrounded by massive rock formations, trees and birds singing, the setting is perfect for these offerings. Alex is extremely professional and knows his craft! He genuinely wants his clients to feel comfortable and relaxed and does everything in his power to make sure of this. We will definitely be back and will tell our friends and family about it. Highly recommend Alex and his team!!
