Relaxation packages are created for pure enjoyment, celebration, and connection. They center on sauna and steam rituals, aromatherapy, and our signature Hot Leaves Massage—an experience you absolutely must try. Please note that only the Birthday Bliss package includes a 30-minute post-sauna relaxation massage, but you are welcome to add this or other massages and spa facial treatments to any Relaxation package.
We do not provide insurance receipts for them, as they are not covered by health insurance.

Osteopathy packages are designed for guests who want more than relaxation. These sessions combine the benefits of sauna heat or local thermal therapy with osteopathic massage to ease tension, improve circulation, and restore overall balance in the body. During the session, the practitioner carries out an assessment—both visual and by palpation—to identify problem zones and determine the best ways to address them. Osteopathy treatments are often effective in relieving myofascial tension and “spikes,” muscle-related pain, low back discomfort, neck pain and stiffness, insomnia, and fatigue.
Insurance receipts are provided for the osteopathy treatment portion of your package. Please note that any add-ons—such as a Hot Leaves Treatment, facials, or the premium for exclusive use of facilities—are wellness services and are not covered by insurance.
